This policy explains how QED Health Systems handles the information you share with us today — primarily through the request-access form for the Health Core private beta.

A note on scope. Health Core is in private beta and under active development. This policy covers the limited information collected through this website. A fuller policy governing health data inside the product will be published before Health Core becomes generally available. Who we are
QED Health Systems (QED) builds Health Core, an open-core foundation for user-owned longitudinal health profiles. For any privacy question, contact us at access@qedhealth.com.au.
What we collect
When you submit the request-access form, we collect only what you provide:
- Your name and email address, so we can identify and contact you.
- The group you identify with (individual, clinician, developer, or partner/investor), so we can tailor our follow-up.
- An optional description of how you would use Health Core, if you choose to share it.
- Your consent to be contacted about the beta, recorded with a timestamp.
We do not ask for health data on this website, and you should not include health information in the optional description field.
How we use it
We use this information solely to:
- review your request and assess fit for the private beta;
- contact you about access, onboarding, and beta-related updates;
- understand who is interested so we can prioritise access.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Lawful basis
We process this information on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing access@qedhealth.com.au.
Who it is shared with
Your submission is delivered to our team by email through Resend, our email service provider, acting as a processor on our behalf. We do not share your information with any other third parties except where required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain request-access submissions only for as long as needed to manage the beta and follow up with you. If you ask us to remove your information, or once it is no longer needed, we delete it.
Your rights
Consistent with our broader commitment to data ownership, you can at any time ask us to:
- access the information we hold about you;
- export a copy of it;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete it entirely.
To exercise any of these, email access@qedhealth.com.au. Joining the beta is non-binding — you can leave at any time and ask us to delete your details.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to handle the little information we collect responsibly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Health Coredevelops. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where practical.
